Thank you for considering SpitzWatch to repair or service your luxury watch.

Aside from servicing customers throughout the United States our online presence gives us the ability to serve Canada, Japan, Europe, South America and the rest of the world in need of this unique care.

We guarantee all of our watch service and repair work.

All watches serviced through SpitzWatch carry a 12 month warranty covering parts and labor that are directly related to the service performed.

In order to validate our warranty the manufacturer’s operating instructions must be adhered to for your specific watch. In addition, the SpitzWatch warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Mechanical damage due to misapplication
  2. Accidental damage to case or bracelet
  3. Water damage
  4. Watch case opened by another Watchmaker
  5. Timing adjustments by another Watchmaker
  6. Partial service constitutes no warrantee
  7. Extreme temperature (ex: hot tubs) hot or cold use
  8. Fading of a dial
  9. Problems resulting from additional mechanical failure not directly associated with the original service
  10. OEM parts malfunctioning
  11. Aftermarket parts use causing inherent problems
  12. Timing adjustments not commensurate to mechanical age of movement
  13. Loose or lost diamonds
  14. Watch bands OEM malfunctioning
  15. Leather, rubber watch bands
  16. Crystal abuse or OEM sub par parts manufacture
  17. Watches found in the bottom of a fish tank at the end of party (we are funny sometimes)

Please note that water resistance is not a permanent feature of any watch. Discretion should be used if the watch is regularly used in wet conditions or submersed. (Please see manufacturer’s instructions).
SpitzWatch reserves the right to determine liability for any malfunction. We are here to please you as a valued fine watch enthusiest, collector or brand.
